Job Title: Procurement Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Procurement Excellence Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in procurement and supply chain management, with a strong understanding of strategic sourcing principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal customers.
  • Manage and optimize procurement processes, including tendering, contract management, and vendor performance evaluation.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with business objectives.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters or Ph.D. degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing and procurement excellence.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements through effective procurement strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
