Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commis III to join our culinary team. As a Commis III, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking food to the highest standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Portioning, chopping, and storing food with precision and efficiency
  • Preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
  • Operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers with confidence and skill
  • Monitoring food quality while preparing food and ensuring it meets our high standards
  • Setting up and breaking down work stations with ease and efficiency
  • Serving food in proper portions onto proper receptacles with a focus on presentation
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas, tools, knives, and equipment with attention to detail
  • Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional at all times
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management through clear and professional language
