Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-performance engineering solutions. As an Executive-Engineering professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply of uninterrupted utility services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and administrative control to ensure seamless delivery of utility services.
  • Maintain best practices to guarantee compliance with cGMP regulations.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Maximize capacity utilization and optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to various regulatory requirements related to engineering activities.
  • Identify areas for energy conservation and develop strategies for efficient energy utilization.
  • SUPERVISE shift operations in plant maintenance.
  • EVALUATE and execute preventive maintenance plans, documenting all necessary information.
  • Monitor repeated breakdowns and collaborate with the engineering manager to prevent recurrence.
  • Participate in qualification and requalification of plant machinery and equipment.
  • Support calibration activities and follow good documentation practices.
  • Impart on-job training to workmen on SOPs and related functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior engineering role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in utility services management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
