Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of EC and ECP, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, schemas, PCRs, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuration and Implementation: Implement SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP to meet business needs, ensuring seamless system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • System Configuration and Deployment: Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities.
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems, including SAP ERP, Finance, Time Management, Benefits, etc.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide timely support to business users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Data Migration and Governance: Assist in data migration, validation, and governance for EC and ECP modules.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline HR and payroll processes.
  • Ongoing Support and Enhancements: Offer ongoing support and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
  • User Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for end-users.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on Experience: Possess 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Payroll Process Understanding: Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.
  • Integration Expertise: Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Boomi, or other middleware.
  • PCC and Localization Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization.
  • Data Migration and Issue Resolution: Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution.
  • HR Business Processes and Compliance: Knowledge of HR business processes, payroll compliance, and HRIS best practices.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Communication and Independence: Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
  • SAP Certification: SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or ECP Certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Time Management, Benefits, and Compensation Modules: Experience with Time Management, Benefits, and Compensation modules in SuccessFactors.
  • Reporting Tools: Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting tools (Ad Hoc Reporting, People Analytics, etc.).
  • HCM Payroll and Migration: Understanding of SAP HCM Payroll and its migration to SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Global HR and Payroll Environments: Experience working in global HR and payroll environments.
