Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch assigned brands in a specialty segment, aligning with brand strategy and delivering value targets.
  • Plan and achieve patients on therapy, unit targets, and value targets, ensuring consistent business performance.
  • Cultivate customer coverage and KOL development in assigned territories, executing compliant medico marketing activities.
  • Manage distribution channels and monitor services to all stakeholders, promoting a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and execute immediate and medium-term plans for the business, driving growth and innovation.
  • Record and report market intelligence to the organization, informing strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the specialty segment, with a focus on premium brand sales.
  • Desirable qualifications include B. Pharm/M. Pharm/M.Sc. degrees, or other management qualifications.
Working Conditions:

This role requires prolonged sitting periods, exceeding 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day.
