Details are as mentioned below:Role overview:The Business Unit Head (Device Business) will lead and drive the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the device business.

This role requires a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, technical understanding of devices, thorough P&L understanding, and the ability to interact with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the medical devices division to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets. Team Development & Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team with the necessary capabilities to meet business objectives.

Dealer Network Development: Establish and manage a robust dealer infrastructure to drive business growth in both private and government sectors. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies to enhance business opportunities. Collaboration on

New Product Launches: Partner with the corporate Business Development team to drive the successful launch of new medical devices. Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation. Sales & Business Planning: Set and monitor monthly business and sales goals to ensure consistent achievement of targets.

Marketing Leadership: Lead marketing initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and foster product adoption. P&L Accountability: Oversee the P&L management of the medical devices business, ensuring profitability and efficient cost control. Industry Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the clinical medical device environment, particularly ultrasound products, as well as an understanding of competitor products.

Tender & Procurement Management: Prepare competitive pricing offers, handle public and private procurement tenders, and manage related projects.
