Profitable Collections Professional

As a Collections Manager, you will be responsible for handling collections for assigned areas and achieving targets on various parameters. You will ensure that Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) are kept within acceptable levels and actively work to minimize them.
The role involves increasing fee income and revenue while developing initiatives to control vendor payouts. You will conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI/Section 9 process through court receivers.
You will track and control delinquency of the area, focusing on non-starters and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues within specified TAT. Building relationships with key clients is crucial to ensure timely collections and monitoring defaulting customers.
You will represent the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies and ensure compliance to all Audit/Regulatory bodies and company policies.
