Job Opportunity in Financial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) applications, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
    • Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within Service Level Agreements (SLA), maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot batches, jobs, and interfaces; perform environment validations to identify potential issues.
    • Utilize advanced SQL/PLSQL and Unix/Linux scripting skills to resolve complex problems and optimize system efficiency.
    • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in application support, preferably in the Banking/AML sector.
  • Proven experience supporting Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM)/Actimize applications, with a strong understanding of their functionality.
  • Advanced skills in SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and proficiency in incident management tools.
  • Familiarity with banking compliance regulations, including AML/KYC/Sanctions, is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
