We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support for our web and mobile applications.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Support Engineer, working closely with internal and external users to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional technical support via phone, email, or chat to customers, clients, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the development team to gather feedback and inputs, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with QA leads to ensure smooth execution of QA activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues independently, escalating to the development team when necessary.
  • Offer creative workarounds to customers when fixes are not readily available.
  • Deliver timely and accurate customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients to guarantee problem resolution and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Support the launch of new applications and services.
  • Develop procedural documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and reduce support queries.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Test and evaluate new software releases to identify potential issues.
  • Pose innovative ideas and solutions to optimize operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Availability to work during US hours (9 am to 6 pm Central Time).
  • Experience providing technical support for web-based business applications with mobile interfaces.
  • Working knowledge of Linux, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, and AWS platforms.
  • Proficiency in browser debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and log analysis.
  • Experience using remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Skilled in ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
