Job Title: Mobile & Web Application Developer

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile and web application development, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. They should be able to collaborate with educators and designers to understand student needs and translate them into app features.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Applications: Create mobile (iOS/Android) and/or web applications for student learning that are user-friendly, scalable, and interactive.
  • Collaborate with Educators: Work with educators and designers to understand student needs and translate them into app features.
  • Integrate Databases and APIs: Integrate databases, APIs, and third-party services for seamless functionality.
  • Ensure App Performance: Ensure apps are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Build Engaging Interfaces: Build engaging, student-friendly interfaces with modern UI/UX principles.
  • Test and Debug: Test, debug, and maintain applications with continuous improvements.
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest trends in edtech, gamification, and learning platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript; Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android) and/or web application frameworks.
  • Databases and Cloud Platforms: Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • UI/UX Principles: Familiarity with UI/UX principles to design intuitive apps.
  • APIs and Deployment Pipelines: Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
Additional Skills:
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with educators and content creators.
  • Edtech Experience: Experience with gamification, edtech tools, or e-learning platforms is a plus.
