Operations Business Systems Specialist

This role is a key member of our growing Enterprise Services team. You will act as the liaison among business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, recommend, communicate, and validate changes to business processes and systems.
About the RoleWe are seeking a candidate with:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience in the field of business analysis with a minimum of 3-5 years of analysis experience
- Previous Salesforce system experience
- Knowledge of Sales and Order to Cash Processes, particularly subscriptions, renewals, and Billing
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable
Preferrable skills include:
- Project management skills and an understanding of workflow management
- Proven ability to analyze and understand complex business processes and data architectures
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Identifying business requirements, performing data analysis, and delivering impact assessments
- Developing and updating project documentation, including project charters, communication plans, project schedules, issue logs, etc.
- Documenting and updating change to workflow, training plans, policies, and procedures, as directed
- Completing requirements gathering, in-depth data analysis, and working collaboratively with functional leads to document and analyze business processes end to end
The Senior Business Analyst will also be responsible for test coordination, including:
- Acting as liaison between Business groups and Technology, building test plans, and leading cross-line-of-business testing
- End-to-end system test coordination, decomposing documents to create test cases and scenarios for complex integrations, writing test documentation, and executing test cases
- Creating and maintaining standard templates, documentation, and tools for all testing processes
In addition, the Senior Business Analyst will manage system enhancement service requests, request additional information on submitted service requests, and provide end-to-end ownership of enhancement requests from request through implementation, including post-production activities.
The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between Operations and Technology to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
The ideal candidate will remain composed in a dynamic and frequently changing work environment and effectively support the business with data conversion activities for Quote to Cash deployments, including acquisition integrations.
