Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation of reporting activities, including working with customers to create and deliver ad hoc and scheduled reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operation of reporting activities, including creating and delivering ad hoc and scheduled reports.
  • Be accountable for balancing regular Operational Reporting Systems Team activities, spanning headcount reporting to different data requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement effective controls for existing HR Reporting activities.
  • Balance new scope of HR reporting operations from different geographies and manage various Siemens internal HR reporting tools.
Requirements:
  • MBA or relevant degree in Management.
  • 0-3 years of meaningful experience in HR reporting, HR Operations domain, and experience in process country transitions across multiple geographies.
  • Experience in developing teams, international clientele, and understanding HR technologies such as cloud-based applications, enterprise standard ERPs like Oracle HR, SAP HR, PeopleSoft HR.
  • Strong knowledge on MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
