Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Service Renewal Specialist. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of service sales operations, focusing on quote preparation, data administration, and knowledge base management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver renewal quotes for expiring maintenance service contracts, tackling complex cases that impact operational efficiency.
  • Develop and provide key business reports to support quoting and forecasting processes.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for end-to-end maintenance service renewal processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years of service business operations experience. Renewal quoting experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and SAP will be beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, decision-making, and collaborative work experience among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and data entry skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
