Business Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the onboarding process for partner accounts, manage product SKUs, and administer partner offerings.
- You will process Market Development Funds and Global Channel Incentive claims, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and financial accuracy.
- You will handle marketing budgets, fund allocations, and fund requests with precision.
- Additionally, you will ensure seamless financial tracking, reporting, and billing processes.
Serving as a primary point of contact for external customers and internal stakeholders, you will provide world-class assistance for our products and services while fostering strong internal partnerships.
- Key qualifications include 3 to 6 years' relevant industry experience in Sales operations activities.
- Prior experience in semiconductor industry, OEMs, and partner management is desired.
- Excellent Advanced Excel Skills, Salesforce, data analysis, and reporting are essential.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills are required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills/tools are necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors in Science / B.Tech / Commerce / Economics and/or Diploma or Masters in business Analytics Business Administration from a reputed B-school.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2+ years of business operations or related experience.
- OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.
