Content Editor Position Overview

We seek a skilled Content Editor to refine and publish high-quality articles that resonate with our audience of millions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sports content editing, proofreading, or similar roles, with a strong command of the English language and understanding of American culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Editing and publishing 20-25 high-quality articles daily.
  • Fact-checking, researching, and ensuring every article delivers value to our readers.
  • Collaborating with the content quality team to constantly refine and elevate published content.
  • Mentoring and empowering writers to grow and evolve as contributors to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Media/Journalism, or similar discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sports content editing, proofreading, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze article performance metrics and use insights to elevate content quality.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, including crafting engaging headings and subheadings.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and guide a talented team of writers.
