About our role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion and diplomacy when interacting with students, colleagues and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting demo calls with prospective students to showcase our certification programs;
  • Building trust and providing guidance on program details, enrollment process and next steps;
  • Answering student inquiries and ensuring a positive onboarding experience;
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with students to support engagement and satisfaction;
  • Collaborating with the sales and support team to meet enrollment targets;
  • Preparing reports and providing feedback on student interactions.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications or a related field is preferred;
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales or student support;
  • Prior experience working with US-based customers or in international markets is a plus;
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken);
  • Confident, professional and fluent in conducting virtual presentations;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
