We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Growth Strategy Interns.

This is an exciting opportunity for college/university students to gain hands-on experience in growth strategy at a rapidly scaling platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and creative skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities include designing and executing strategies to expand our reach in schools and colleges, leading and managing student ambassador recruitment and community programs, collaborating on marketing campaigns, outreach, and partnerships, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing student acquisition and engagement, and experimenting, learning, and iterating to maximize growth outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you should have a hustle mindset – ready to think, execute, and deliver. You will also gain performance-based commissions through your referral/growth codes, hands-on experience in growth strategy, opportunity to hire and manage ambassadors across campuses, networking with founders, educators, and student leaders nationwide, internship certificate + Letter of Recommendation (LOR) based on performance, and potential to extend or convert into a paid full-time role.
