About the Role
Pursuing excellence in software engineering, we invite skilled professionals to join our Power Platform Development team as a senior-level developer. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform services to design, develop, test, secure, and troubleshoot complex solutions.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for implementing key components of a solution that include application enhancements, custom user experiences, and system integrations. Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, and Canvas applications is essential. Additionally, you will

• Identify and solve technical challenges related to the Power Platform;
• Continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and developments to enhance your skills and adapt to evolving technologies;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions;
• Function as a technical lead, guiding the team and participating in troubleshooting, development, mentoring junior team members, and taking end-to-end responsibility for leading teams and delivering projects on time.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Power Platform services, including their capabilities, boundaries, and constraints. Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, and Microsoft Azure is necessary. Familiarity with authentication, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for the Microsoft Power Platform is also required. Certification in Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, and Azure is preferred.

Bonus Skills
A good understanding of Design Solution Infrastructure setup, DevOps for large Power Platform Projects, and knowledge of Power BI, BFSI experience, excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, credit risk domain knowledge, working experience on credit risk management applications, and knowledge of MongoDB are beneficial but not mandatory.
