Job Purpose

We are looking for an energetic and self-starter software developer to join our product development practice as a Staff Engineer – Automation.

You will get to work with some of the best and most knowledgeable tech talent in the financial world and you will build next-generation digital services and platforms that will lead the transformation goals for our customers. You will work closely with the engineering, UX, product, and test automation communities, as part of the agile team, to lead product design and development and to help the Digital Service Product Owner to deliver and maximize value.

You will drive engineering and architecture best practices for writing and encouraging others to write secure code and DevOps process while getting opportunities for learning new business domain and topics, to work with industry SMEs and to learn new technology and behavioral skills.
Key Responsibilities
Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in developing apps using Low code/No Code platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem
- 6 months to 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Copilot Studio (or Azure AI Studio)
Technical Skills :
- Experience working with

Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power Pages, DataVerse

with a focus on building apps that integrate seamlessly within

Microsoft Power Platform

ecosystem
- Experience deploying the applications into production and monitor them proactively for issues
- Experience working with

PCF controls

for Power Apps
- Experience creating own PCF controls is a plus
- Experience creating custom connectors for Power Automate is desired
- Proficient in Power Fx
- Experience of developing applications within respective solutions with good naming conventions
- Experience working with IT team to enable or disable the features that are required
- Clear knowledge of the licensing model – per user, pay as you go and other means that optimal
- Proficiency in

MS Teams

integration for delivering applications within an organizational platform.
- Familiarity with the

Teams Toolkit

is a plus.
- Experience with

SharePoint, OneDrive for Business

development and its integration with Power Apps. - Familiarity with

Azure

services and their interaction with Power Apps.
- Knowledge of

productizing applications , taking them from development to production with best practices and debugging skills

Desired Skills :
- Strong understanding of building

scalable and secure applications

for enterprise use within the Power Apps ecosystem.
- Familiarity with

DevOps practices

in Power Platform and Azure for application deployment and management.
- Ability to work on

API integrations

within Microsoft Teams and Power Apps.
- Experience in delivering

apps through MS Teams, Canvas apps, Model driven apps, Web sites, mobile apps and other distribution channels as appropriate

to make them easily accessible and user-friendly.
- Experience working with connectors and having sense of cost, security aspects
- Arriving at smart secured solutions using the appropriate event triggers
- Ability to learn and create plug-ins as per the requirements at a pace new features are made available by Microsoft
- Experience working with Azure Cognitive Services, AI Builder, DataVerse, Azure OpenAI Studio, Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio
- Experience translating the business requirements into the stories as appropriate for the tool chain and creating the technical artifacts with best practices
- Either working or knowledge of how the open-source RPAs can be used in certain cases
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Focus on the integration of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, MS Teams, and SharePoint, Web site, Mobile application emphasizing the importance of taking applications to production
- Solution must solve and become part of a larger solution which might be outside of Power Platform
