This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who can drive paid visibility and revenue growth on third-party platforms.

  1. Plan and allocate advertising budgets across marketplaces.
  2. Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on platform-specific ad managers.
  3. Track and report key performance metrics like ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CPC, CTR, and ad-attributed revenue.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product listings are optimized for ad performance.
  5. Conduct keyword research and make data-backed bids and budget adjustments.
  6. Identify high-intent opportunities like seasonal boosts and platform events.
  7. Maintain campaign performance reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Nykaa Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in analyzing platform dashboards and drawing actionable insights.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of key ad metrics.
  • Good communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
