Job Title: HR Generalist Internship

As an intern, you will have the chance to work on various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure that all necessary paperwork and training are completed
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
