
HR Generalist Internship

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in human resources? Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of HR Generalist Intern. As an intern, you will have the chance to work on various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure that all necessary paperwork and training are completed
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a monthly stipend of $4,000 - $6,000, depending on experience. This internship also provides the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, build your professional network, and enhance your skills in human resources.
