Job Title: Machine Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Objectives:

Our maintenance team is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our machinery. This involves conducting regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing process improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of worn parts
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement repairs or adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality
  • Develop and maintain documentation for maintenance procedures, schedules, and repair history

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar maintenance role
  • Knowledge of CNC machines, PLC programming, and robotics
  • Understanding of ISO 9000 Quality Management and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health Safety standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Education and Qualification:

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical.
