Job Title:

Maintenance Operations Leader

Responsibilities:
  • Execute planned maintenance on a daily basis, maintaining detailed records of breakdowns and root cause analysis.
  • Address all equipment failures (mechanical/electrical) in real-time to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and optimize maintenance parameters such as MTTR, MTBF, and downtime to drive efficiency.
  • Foster a safe work environment by identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and lead training programs to enhance technical skills among the maintenance team.
Technical Expertise:
  • Programming Knowledge: Proficient in programming languages for Messung, Mitsubishi Siemens PLC.
  • CNC Machines: Strong understanding of CNC machines with Siemens, Mitsubishi Fanuc controllers.
  • Hands-on Experience: Skilled in working with Siemens CNC Siemens PLC systems such as S7-300 S7-1200.
  • Component Cleaning Machine: In-depth knowledge of component cleaning machine stages ultrasonic washing machines.
  • ABB Robots: Experienced in programming and operating ABB robots.
  • Basic SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP for spare part planning, procurement requisitions, and purchase orders.
  • Special Purpose Machine: Maintenance expertise in special purpose machines for grinding and honing operations, including Nagel Gehring machines.
