Business Operations Specialist - Customer Service and Client Management

GIFT City, Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Handling end-to-end Onboarding, Customer Service, and Operation activities involving:
    • Undertake comprehensive documentation for individuals and institutional clients.
    • Scrutinize, fill, and dispatch account opening forms to the central team for processing.
    • Act as a liaison between the central Customer Service and Operations Offshore team and the Business development team.
  2. Ensure timely resolution of queries, requirements raised by respective clients (RMs, distributors, Offshore team), and discrepancy resolution with faster turnaround time for account opening.
  3. Coordinate with concerned departments for critical and complex requirements and escalations.
  4. Effectively utilize CRM systems to track the status of transactions and ensure timely funding and activation of accounts.
  5. Utilize system to generate reports as requested and share with channel partners and investors within defined turnaround time.
  6. Maintain uniformity in service delivery standards and liaise with clients to login on the website as required.
  7. Ensure adherence to written-down processes without deviation and maintain MIS for pending documents, waivers granted, and timely follow-up and closure.
  8. Assisting and coordination with Internal and Statutory Auditors for audit process and resolving their queries.
Candidate Details:
  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Portfolio Management setup.
  • System orientation and process improvement.

Possess thorough knowledge of critical documentations for all PMS products, latest developments, and regulatory requirements in BFSI space who have worked in a similar Portfolio Management setup.
