Agile Project Coordinator

A dynamic and collaborative individual is required to manage the development process, aligning with customer needs and business objectives.

This role involves facilitating daily meetings, planning sprints, conducting reviews and retrospectives, as well as removing impediments that hinder progress.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating team activities to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and the development team
  • Managing project progress using Agile tools and techniques
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the Scrum process and implementing improvements

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting collaboration and open communication within the team. Ensure that the Scrum process is followed, track and manage project progress, and measure the effectiveness of the Scrum process.
