Project Manager Role Overview

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will lead and deliver strategic projects for clients in various sectors. Your expertise in operations, systems, and processes will enable you to drive project success.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to meet scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies using agile/waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, business analysts, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and report project progress through regular status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards in all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as RFP responses, estimations, and client presentations as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
  • 15+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years managing projects in various industries.
  • Strong knowledge of systems, including data analytics, software engineering, and quality engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in managing enterprise applications, digital transformation, or system integration projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to work in a global delivery model and manage geographically distributed teams.
