Description:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, as well as managing customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, and competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement business plans and related activities to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
  3. Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and best-in-class customer relationship.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports and handle enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Work experience in sales in the healthcare/pharma/related business is required.
  • Specific product knowledge is desirable.
  • An established network to target customer groups is also desirable.
