Job Title: International Ticketing Executive

About this role:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to manage all aspects of international flight bookings, ensuring accuracy in fare selection and itinerary construction.

  • Manage international air tickets using GDS platforms, guaranteeing precise fare selection and optimal routing.
  • Process ticket modifications, cancellations, reissues, and refunds according to airline policies and fare rules.
  • Construct and verify international fares and routings manually and through GDS for cost-effective options.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on international flights, including baggage policies, seating, check-in requirements, and schedule changes.
  • Ensure compliance with airline regulations, IATA standards, visa, and entry requirements, as well as international travel advisories.
  • Efficiently manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs), ensuring they are ticketed, updated, and queued for follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with airline representatives to resolve ticketing issues, confirm special service requests (SSR), and maintain smooth communication.
  • Maintain meticulous records of tickets issued, fare sheets, refunds processed, and supplier communications for audit and reference purposes.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice generation, fare reconciliation, and payment processing.
