Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Ticketing Consultant to join our travel team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in handling domestic and international ticketing, managing GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre), and providing top-notch customer service to global clients. The role demands working during night shifts to cater to international clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

* Handle international and domestic air ticket reservations, cancellations, reissuance, and fare calculations.

* Operate GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) efficiently to book and manage flights.

* Provide fare quotes, process refunds, and manage schedule changes proactively.

* Ensure accuracy in issuing tickets and managing PNRs.

* Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for special requests and escalations.

* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints professionally.

* Keep updated with airline policies, fare rules, and global travel regulations.

* Train junior staff and support ticketing team in complex cases.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1- 3years of experience in the ticketing domain.

* Proficient in at least one major GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).

* Excellent knowledge of international ticketing processes and fare rules.

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

* Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.

  • * Experience handling U.S. or international clientele is a strong plus.
