Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure brands adhere to existing rules and regulations.
  • Standardize formats according to government, brand, or industry requirements.
  • Document collections and verification as per commitment given to brands.
  • Proactively follow up with key brands and stakeholders associated with the organization.
  • Maintain attention to detail, particularly in compliance-related documentation.
  • Handle multiple teams on-field and off-field.
  • Optimize team efficiency by building optimized processes of completions.
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Pursue strategic and operational objectives.
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within defined parameters.
  • Track staffing requirements, hire new employees as needed.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team in a demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
  • Partner with cross-functional support teams to improve implementation processes.
  • Collaborate with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in handling operations.
  • Prior experience in waste management is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with solid ability to persuade others, build consensus, and work in a team.
