Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelors Degree In Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
  • Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In Interior Design Or Architectural Execution.
  • Proven Experience Handling Luxury Residential Or Commercial Projects.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge Of Materials, Construction Methods, And Interior Finishing Details.
  • Proficiency In Project Management Tools, Microsoft Office, And Basic AutoCAD/SketchUp Understanding.
  • Excellent Leadership, Negotiation, And Client-Handling Skills.
  • Ability To Multitask And Manage Multiple Teams And Projects Under Tight Deadlines.
  • Fluency In English And Local Language(s) Preferred.
