Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Senior Vice President of Wealth Management. This individual will be responsible for directly managing a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNI) clients, providing end-to-end investment advisory and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and senior professionals through effective communication and strategic planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs of clients.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
  • Advise clients on a range of investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Insurance.
  • Provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities to ensure optimal results.
  • Achieve Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across our wealth management and third-party product suite.
  • Leverage existing relationships to grow the client base through referrals and networking.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI.
  • Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices throughout all interactions.
  • Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • A postgraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 12–18 years of experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking with a reputable organization is required.
  • A proven track record of managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions is necessary.
  • An established network of HNI/UHNI clients in Bangalore and surrounding regions is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills are required.
  • A high level of integrity with a client-first mindset is essential.
