Job Summary

A skilled L4 Technical Expert is sought after to resolve complex issues and lead technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsible for resolving intricate technical issues, requiring deep expertise in CyberArk technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in major design and enhancements, incident management, problem management, stability analysis, and on-call support.
  • Proactively identify problems and look for continuous service improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding and expertise in one or two technology platforms (e.g., CyberArk, IAM process).
  • Prior experience with CyberArk configurations and major enhancement/development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
