Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and revising Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPCs) for various aircraft models.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality technical documentation that meets the requirements of our clients. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to understand project details, supplier drawings, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with industry standards, tools, and processes is essential for success in this role.
  • You will need to analyze information, structure it in an efficient manner, and create content that meets change requests.
  • Proficiency in SAP PCS for authoring IPC/configuration management/criteria analysis is highly desirable.
  • As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will work independently on projects, perform technical analysis of modifications/configuration management, and read/interpret engineering drawings.
  • You will also be responsible for creation/revision of Illustrated parts catalogues as per Ispec2200 standards, preparation of mockups for illustrators, and adhering to quality procedures.
  • Regular reporting to project leaders will be required to anticipate project deviations, progress, and internal/external problems.
  • Proactive coordination with customers is also a key aspect of this role.
