Roles & Responsibilities

Lead & Supply Management :

  • Manage existing processes proficiently using Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Forecast monthly supply onboardings based on historical data and seasonal trends.
  • Assign leads efficiently and follow-up on all potential partners.
  • Ensure effective utilization and conversion of incoming leads.

Platform Experience:

  • Conduct regular surveys and VOPs to derive qualitative insights about user and partner pain points.
  • Identify common issues raised by new partners and streamline solutions.
  • Build communication plans and execute them using different channels.

Team Management :

  • Manage a team of 30+ call center agents across multiple processes.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management support to team leads.
  • Interact with cross-functional stakeholders highlighting partner pain points and work with them to streamline solutions.
