Job Requirements:

  • Platform Development Expertise
    • Develop and enhance AI-powered prediction models to optimize chemical formulations and drive business outcomes.
    • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate advanced computational models into our AI platform.
  • Data Analytics and Modeling Expertise
    • Analyze large datasets from chemistry research and development experiments to uncover insights and opportunities.
    • Develop and validate statistical and machine learning models to improve prediction accuracy and reliability.
  • Optimization and Scalability Specialist
    • Improve the efficiency and scalability of existing models to meet diverse customer needs.
    • Drive effective use of computational and cloud resources, minimizing redundancy and controlling operational expenses.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills
    • Work closely with domain experts, software engineers, and project managers to integrate scientific methods into practical applications.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Cheminformatics, or Computational Chemistry.
  • Course Certificates in Data Science or related fields.
  • 6+ years of total experience, 3+ years of relevant drug discovery experience with demonstrated impactful contributions.
  • Proficiency in statistical and machine learning techniques.

Desirable Technical Skills:

  • Programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or sci-kit-learn.
  • Expertise in cheminformatics data analysis and large-scale data handling.
