Job Description:

The GenAI Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving innovation by designing and implementing advanced generative AI models that cater to the diverse needs of clients.

This expert must fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to drive meaningful business impact. They will implement and optimize LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI safety mechanisms to ensure seamless user experiences.

The successful candidate will also integrate AI into products and services, build scalable machine learning pipelines for efficient model deployment and inference, and stay ahead of the curve with the latest AI trends to drive continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fine-tune LLMs to drive business outcomes.
  • Implement and optimize LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI safety features.
  • Integrate AI into products and services for optimal user experience.
  • Develop and refine scalable ML pipelines for efficient model deployment and inference.
  • Stay abreast of AI advancements to drive ongoing innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (Bachelor's degree with relevant experience considered).
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Data Science with strong exposure to Generative AI.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, multimodal AI, and diffusion models.
  • Strong proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets, vector embeddings, and retrieval-based AI systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), model deployment strategies, and GPU optimization.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
