Job Opportunity: Finance Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance operations department, you will play a critical role in helping us manage and administer timely, accurate, and efficient processing of our payroll operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the payroll account ledgers, preparing reports, resolving payroll discrepancies and performing routine internal audits. You will also be responsible for recording and analyzing financial transactions, receiving and paying invoices, and preparing analysis and account reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You should be able to use your analytical skills to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: You must be meticulous and detail-oriented when handling financial transactions and data.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP R3, Google Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Business Warehouse, Oracle, ADP and/or Workday is required.
