Restaurant Payroll Processor

About Us:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team.

As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payrolls. You will maintain high customer service standards through prompt responses to emails and tickets, while maintaining confidentiality of all payroll-related items.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Process, audit, review, and reconcile restaurant payrolls on a weekly basis
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Assist Operations with payroll and data entry corrections
• Assist with research and resolution for all payroll related matters

Education & Experience Qualifications:

• A high school diploma is required, however an undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred
• At least 1 – 2 years of payroll processing experience is required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong computer skills / Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

This role is based in our support center working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handling various tasks as required by the organization.
