Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle OSM Consultant with experience in designing, implementing and supporting OSS solutions for diverse and complex projects in the telecommunications domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Oracle Communications OSS solutions including OSM, RODOD, RSDOD, and NRM.
  • Translate high-level design requirements into detailed technical solutions.
  • Prepare technical design documents such as HLDs, LLDs, and other project-specific documentation.
  • Perform code build and deployment for development and testing environments.
  • Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OSM and related components.
  • Support solution integration, testing, and optimization activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end OSS implementations.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for ongoing implementations.
  • Be willing to travel for client deployments or project needs when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–9 years of experience with Oracle OSM (version 7.3.x and above), preferably in the telecommunications domain.
  • Education: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of OSS domain concepts and communications industry workflows.
  • Proficiency with Java, XML, XQuery, WebServices, WebLogic, and RDBMS technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with OSM installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Awareness of TMF/eTOM, SID Data Model, and Oracle RODOD/RSDOD solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in collaborative environments.
  • Flexibility: Open to travel as per project requirements.
