Finance Cloud Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Cloud specialist to lead our finance and accounting initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials and industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development: Develop and implement optimal Oracle Financials solutions that meet business objectives, focusing on industry-leading practices.
  • Enterprise Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with other 3rd party applications, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Technical Guidance: Offer functional and technical guidance to development teams and consultants working on projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Documentation and Maintenance: Create and maintain accurate documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and configuration guides.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Oracle updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends in finance and technology.
  • Solution Delivery: Develop and deliver optimal solutions to meet client objectives, including understanding project scope and identifying key dependencies.

About Our Ideal Candidate

  • Candidate Requirements: CA (or equivalent) or Master's degree in Finance.
  • Experience: 16+ years' experience in Oracle Financials (Fusion + EBS).
  • Technical Expertise: End-to-end understanding of RTR, P2P, OTC, Acquire to Retire processes.
  • Skills: Deep expertise in Oracle ERP modules in Financials plus a working knowledge of Procurement.
  • Implementation Experience: At least 3 end-to-end implementations on Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Additional Skills: Industry-specific knowledge preferred, deal dynamics knowledge preferred.
