Job Overview

The Senior Construction Technologist will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies across all projects. This includes overseeing BIM teams, fostering innovation, ensuring compliance with global standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize digital construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute BIM strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives in design and construction workflows.
  • BIM Team Management: Oversee BIM teams including managers, coordinators, and modelers.
  • BIM Execution: Oversee BIM execution plans and ensure timely delivery of digital models.
  • Technology & Standards: Implement and maintain BIM protocols, standards, and QA/QC processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Training & Development: Mentor BIM professionals and conduct training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in BIM roles.
  • Proficiency in BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and other BIM standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
