About This Opportunity

Job Title: Lead Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technology specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in external data source integrations, ITOM discovery, OT Module and a solid understanding of SAM Module.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of CMDB data by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
  • Establishing relationships between CIs to accurately reflect dependencies within the IT infrastructure.
  • Performing data cleansing and deduplication activities.
  • Managing the CMDB module.
  • Improving data representation accuracy.
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators for CMDB health.

Key Requirements:

  • 8-10 years relevant experience in an IT Industry.
  • 5 years' ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Education: Bachelors in Technology | Engineering.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience configuring and managing data discovery tools.
  • Integrating CMDB data with other ServiceNow modules.
  • Mapping data from external systems to the CMDB schema.
  • Defining data quality standards and metrics for the CMDB.
  • Establishing data ownership and accountability across different teams.
  • Implementing data validation processes to ensure data integrity.
