The Role:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing go-to-market strategies for various educational programs under the GEDU brand. This will involve developing comprehensive marketing plans, managing events and webinars, and driving public relations and communications efforts to strengthen brand reputation and awareness.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for GEDU's educational programs to maximize market penetration and student engagement.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives for outreach activities, including events, webinars, and other promotional efforts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing traditional and digital channels via the GEDU digital marketing and production teams.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Lead efforts in driving GEDU's public relations and communication strategies to strengthen brand reputation and awareness.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams and brand partners to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, and priority partners to drive strategic alignment and execution of marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing within the education sector or a related global organization.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive student recruitment and brand growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
