Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our social media initiatives and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹850,000 - ₹1,100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase engagement across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage and Optimize Social Media Campaigns: Manage and optimize social media campaigns, including scheduling posts, promoting content, and overseeing community interactions.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designer: Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure high-quality content aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Monitor and Engage with User Interactions: Monitor, engage, and respond to user interactions (comments, messages, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze Social Media Performance: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, etc.), generating reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Social Media Trends: Stay on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company's social media strategy remains innovative and effective.
  • Manage Paid Social Media Campaigns: Manage paid social media campaigns, including ad copy, targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Closely Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Provide Monthly Performance Reports: Provide monthly performance reports, including KPIs, ROI, and engagement metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and community engagement.
  • Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement tactics.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from social media data to optimize performance.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, focused on audience engagement and growth.
