Key Responsibilities
- Develop consumer digital behavior insight and trends through analysis of market research and industry reports.
- Analyze the role and impact of various digital touch points on client's business and marketing strategies, including social media, search engine optimization, and content marketing.
- Synthesize and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for driving marketing strategy and delivering brand plans with strategic impact.
- Deliver brand plans with strategic impact, including creating compelling narratives and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ignite the generation of creative ideas by identifying opportunities for innovation and growth within the organization.
- Map strategic inputs and needs to creative manifestation, client objectives, and business impact for BC Web Wise and its customers.
- Participate in thought leadership initiatives, discussing industry trends and best practices with partners and clients.
- Provide ongoing updates to the team on industry trends, issues, and best practices relevant to categories.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a post-graduation specialization in Communication as a plus point. Familiarity with digital content strategy and channel strategy is essential, along with the ability to articulate complex ideas and grasp language nuances.
The ideal candidate will be able to process information quickly and discuss it confidently, demonstrating an understanding of human behavior and insight-backed solutions. Additionally, they should be data-aligned, results-oriented, meticulous with process, documentation, and reporting, and comfortable working with diverse individuals and thoughts.
Salary
We are offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract a talented and skilled Marketing Insight Strategist who can drive our business forward.
