Finance Leader for India Operations

We seek an accomplished finance leader to oversee the entire finance and accounts function. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IGAAP and IND, as well as experience in handling accounting operations across Pan India.

  • Responsibilities include financial statement variance analysis (actuals vs forecast, period-over-period actuals).
  • Analysing financial data and providing cost-saving opportunities to management.
  • Ensure timely completion of Internal and External Audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
  • Manage daily cash flow and working capital effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly balance sheets, profit & loss, and other compliance reports.
  • Handle procure to pay, order to cash, capex management, salary, and employee reimbursements efficiently.
  • Have complete control over fixed assets.
  • Prepare and finalize income tax returns, monthly GST returns, and TDS reconciliations accurately.

Requirements:

  • Effective leader and team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Good analytics and reporting skills are essential.
  • Expertise in Accounting System (preferably Business Central), POS Systems, and cost and inventory systems is required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level attention to detail and ability to work independently or partner with others is necessary.
