Job Overview

  • Financial Operations Associate Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our finance team as a Financial Operations Associate.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations related to the Aadhaar-PAN linking process, including:

Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in the end-to-end financial operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive. This includes tracking linking status, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring all financial entries related to penalties and fees are accurately recorded.

Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately input and maintain financial data in our systems. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.

Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process. Follow up on pending documentation and payments to ensure timely completion.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to the existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, particularly in the context of the Aadhaar-PAN linking project.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
