Job Opportunity: Planning Associate

Job Role Description:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on predicting workforce needs. They will be responsible for identifying coverage gaps and proposing new shift schedules or realignment plans.

  • Prediction of workforce requirements to handle time and staff shrinkage by work type.
  • Identification of gaps in coverage and proposal of new shifts or realignment plans.
  • Performance monitoring against planned outcomes and refinement of assumptions as needed.
  • Development of short-term capacity recommendations to close gaps and optimize resources.
  • Execution of what-if scenarios for operations or other support groups as requested.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prediction and planning of workforce requirements.
  2. Analysis and identification of gaps in coverage.
  3. Proposal and implementation of new shift schedules or realignment plans.
  4. Monitoring and evaluation of performance against planned outcomes.
  5. Optimization of resources to meet business objectives.
