TLM Specialist

Highly skilled professionals with expertise in Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems are sought to fulfill a critical role. As a key member of the team, this specialist will oversee TLM reconciliations in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support TLM Reconciliations in both TLM 2.7 and TLM Recs Premium settings.
  • Provide expert analysis of reconciliation workflows, exception management, and data matching rules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Perform complex data analysis using SQL and Unix scripting.
  • Evaluate accurate accounting and reconciliation processes for financial products.
  • Document functional specifications and maintain system configurations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in TLM Reconciliations.
  • Strong expertise in TLM 2.7, TLM Recs Premium, and exposure to TLM 3.0.
  • Functional knowledge of reconciliation processes, accounting principles, and product operations.
  • Proficient in Oracle, Unix, and SQL programming languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in financial services or banking operations.
  • Exposure to automation and optimization in reconciliation systems.
